Surge Pool Co. – Spa Service Plan Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Surge Pool Co. Spa Service Plan, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Services Included

The Spa Service Plan includes regular scheduled visits for:

• Water testing and chemical balancing

• Sanitizer adjustments

• Emptying baskets and debris removal

• Basic visual inspection of spa equipment

• Verification of proper circulation and operation

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Maintain adequate water level in the spa.

• Provide safe and unobstructed access to the spa during scheduled service visits.

• Keep pets secured during service appointments.

• Notify Surge Pool Co. of any equipment malfunctions or concerns.

Chemicals

Standard chemicals required for normal water balance and sanitation are included unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Excessive chemical treatments resulting from misuse, contamination, equipment failure, or neglect may incur additional charges.

Equipment Repairs

The Spa Service Plan does not include equipment repairs, replacement parts, plumbing repairs, leak detection, electrical work, or warranty services. Any recommended repairs will be quoted separately.

Scheduling

Service visits are performed on a recurring schedule determined by Surge Pool Co. Visit dates may occasionally be adjusted due to weather, holidays, equipment availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment

Payment is due according to the selected billing schedule. Late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of service until the account is brought current.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel service with 30 days written notice. Any unpaid balance remains due upon cancellation.

Liability

Surge Pool Co. is not responsible for damage, water quality issues, or equipment failures resulting from:

• Pre-existing conditions

• Improper customer operation

• Power outages

• Acts of nature

• Failure to maintain proper water level

Acceptance

Enrollment in the Spa Service Plan constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
