Surge Care Plan – Terms & Conditions

(Standard Full-Service Pool Care)

 

Scope of Service

Includes weekly chemical balancing, surface skimming, brushing of walls/steps, vacuuming as needed, basket cleaning, and a basic visual check of pool equipment.

 

Exclusions

Does not include filter cleaning, specialty chemical treatments (phosphate removal, enzymes, stain treatments), algae recovery services, storm cleanup beyond routine debris, or equipment repair. These services require separate approval and billing.

 

Water Quality & Algae

Routine algae prevention is included through standard chemical balance; however, excessive algae outbreaks, green pools, or conditions caused by weather, equipment failure, or heavy debris may require additional services at extra cost.

 

Equipment Disclaimer

Equipment checks are visual only. Surge Pool Co. is not responsible for equipment failure due to age, wear, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.

 

Billing & Cancellation

Billed monthly regardless of service days. 30 days’ written notice required to cancel. No refunds for partial months.
