Surge Balance Plan – Terms & Conditions

(Chemical Balance & Basket Cleaning Only)

 

Scope of Service

Includes weekly water testing, chemical adjustment, and cleaning of skimmer and pump baskets only. No physical cleaning of the pool is included.

 

Exclusions

This plan does not include skimming, brushing, vacuuming, filter cleaning, tile cleaning, algae treatment beyond basic balance, storm cleanup, equipment diagnostics, or repairs. Any additional services require customer approval and will be billed separately.

 

Water Quality Disclaimer

This plan is not intended to maintain water clarity or prevent algae. Surge Pool Co. is not responsible for cloudy water, algae growth, or debris accumulation under this plan.

 

Customer Responsibilities

Customer must maintain proper water level, provide access on service days, secure pets, and keep equipment operational.

 

Billing & Cancellation

Billed monthly. 30 days’ written notice required to cancel. No refunds for partial months or missed visits.
